i was Band major (not drum major) for BT BAND for yr 2000... where hopes of best band was highest.... ... ... ...

7 plus mins of performance

takes us 1+ FREAKING year of practices
(rain or shine)

dun take oudoor display band lightly

and a total of FREAKING 200 over members

dun take the job of BM lightly too..

wahahah

SPOT ME!!!!!!

we won GOLD
(there is only gold sliver bronze that time)

and emerged as top 3 to complete for the finals!!

if u have the newspaper cutting...

wahahah

the person with back facing u jumping in the air with the gold medal is ME!!
the feeling at that time (Apr 2000 central judging) was
ESTACTIC

BUT i heard u pple did well...
GOLD
the first gold after the split...

u guys will make it to SYF in 2008!

i was thinking... NOT a single member/ ex member in the ex-BT band (bukit panjang/Teck Whye) agreed to split the band... it was all purely the TW principal's decision... he was new and the thing he presented to us as a new principal in school is to suggest the split... ... how nice... he actually split up the band which is of 30+ yrs? history... ... it was sad...

So.... i wanted to post heaps of photos BUT stoopid wireless hung up on me for the 927846 times... right now as im typing... the wireless JusT hung up AGAIN... FREAK!

well....

mouth uclers hurts big time when they are huge... BUt they hurts too even if they are small and say u got like a FANTASTIC FOUR!! 4!!! on your lower lip........... hurts

on a brighter note..... went out last sun for dinner with hannah and tracey!... it was a beautiful day!..
